I you have heat and you have a fan, there can't be many other variables.
I am having some issues with my heater as well, but doing as posted above should help out. My doors were frozen up pretty good. I put some WD40 on them and the cable to get it free and the doors work fine, also check to ensure the cable isn't bent up like mine was, kinks are a bummer. Good Luck.
