GMCpanel Shop Shark G Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 1,571 Springfield, MO	A real throttle cable will have a "flat" machined on the inside of the tube and on the metal section of the cable where the knob attaches. You can turn the knob slightly to "lock" it in place. The repop junk is round all the way around. Get a REAL truck, get a GMC! www.oldgmctrucks.com 1954 GMC De Luxe COE
