like typle sez - just different body mounts, but you should be able to take the riveted mounts off the rotten panel frame and bolt [grade 8 bolts] or weld them to the pu frame, which I'm pretty sure will have the holes already - the other thing that may be different is right at the tail there may be an extension piece to allow mounting the rear bumper properly - the TF years have about an extra 6-10" on the back for that, and it can be switched over too
