I found this 38 Chevy long box just a mile from where I live. It's been sittin' there for many years in a guys heated shop and I never knew it was there. I live right on the Canada/US border. There's a little town on each side.
So I was over on the US side checking my mail and I saw a bulletin advertising this truck for sale.
I paid $3000.00 for it. So I don't know if that is too much or not. The truck is in awesome shape, the interior is complete and intact. The original wood is still in the box. I forgot to check how many miles were on it. I don't really know much about this style truck.
The engine picture was lightened up so you can see it better, thanks to Arnswine.
It was an older gentleman who owned it. It was kinda sad to see that he was selling off some of his collection. He also had a 46 in good shape too. He had just sold that one as well.
When I get it home I'll try and get some pictures into the Gallery.
