HELP!! I have a 65 C10, and the drum brakes just aren't stopping me that well. I live in the Ozarks, and the mountains are just too much for this master cylinder. I need a relatively easy (and cheap-I'm a college student) way to put disc brakes on the front. Are there any vehicles that have compatible parts that are easy to find? Or is there a kit that converts the fronts to disc? I've got 6-lug wheels, so I'm trying like mad to find something that will let me keep them. The cheapest kit I've found costs more than I paid for the truck. Any tips, tricks, or advice would be really appreciated. Thanks.
