Hmmm? worn bushings on the pedal shaft? that could be it.
I don't believe it's the cab mounts. When I redid this old Pennslvania farm truck I got a rust free cab from Oklahoma and all new cab mounts.
I'll have a look and see if there is some play between the pedal and the shaft.
