I put it on part of my 42 frame as well. I will tell you that I prefer Eastwood's Rust Encapsulator. The Chassis Saver is impossible to remove from your hands once it gets on your hands. It has to be scrapped off. The Rust encapsulator removes easily with wash thinner. Your choice, but if you use the Chassis Saver, make sure you use nitrile gloves to protect your hands. BTW, the cost is about the same for the two products. Good Luck. Long live the 42's!
