Be patient and wait
do a lot more research,clean every piece/part and label it and store it until spring/summer is getting near.Patiently put the engine together with loving care. You have heard the term measure twice cut once
You will have no problem if it gets done and sits for a few weeks(3 or less).For that matter, you CAN hook up enough stuff to be able to fire it up BUT I would wait untill you can have the cooling system hooked up and full of antifreeze so you can warm it up to operating temp and give it a proper break-in for the cam and lifters.
