The Futureliner sold for $4M even, and the '70 LS6 ragtop Chevelle sold for $1.15M. The Hemicuda (yes, that's how it's supposed to be written!) sold for $2M. The bald ice-cream guy with the girl on his lap bought the bus and the Chevelle, plus a couple of less expensive rides Saturday night. Did he also somehow end up with the Pontiac, too???
The GM concept cars have all been in private hands for quite a few years. GM's plan for concepts was to destroy them after their usefulness was gone, not keep them around for posterity. At the time a concept is created, it's just another car to the corporation.
