I was watching an auction on eBay (sure some of you saw the Sharp dual-carb deal...) but got busy working on the "late-model" C-10 all weekend. Oh, well, $400 wasn't that good of a deal, was it? I'll wait for Patrick's to finish his Fenton 2x1 manifold.
Anyway, the '53 has been enjoying some downtime now that the '75 is painted and back on the road. Spent yesterday rebuilding the gauges with the stuff I bought from Jim Carter. Next is the five-speed swap & Horkey wood kit. Oh, and I also picked up a Walton rear leaf kit. Anxious to get the 6-inch (!) blocks and old springs out. Anyone ever use a Pathfinder rearend in a '47-54? Pulled one from a '52 1/2-ton, but don't know anything in regards to yoke size let alone brake specs.
