I'd guess if they put a lock on it, they probably kept somethin' in it they didn't want folks rifling thru.. cut the lock and let us know what you find!
I'm not feelin' the whole running board toolbox thing, tho.. if my 1/2 ton had one, i'd have to take it off.. looks like something good for nothing but trapping mositure on the running board.
