I should have posted the size earlier. Sorry about that, it is a straight six. I think the problem is the 235 and 216 bolted to the front crossmember under the timing chain cover. There is a bracket for this option. The 261 bolted to the larger trucks using two motor mounts that are attached to the engine block. I think I can use the 235 mounts for the 261 block, I will need to drill a couple holes in the bracket and it should bolt in. Anybody agree or disagree I could use some input.
