well my truck is only a 1 ton, but has a flatbed, and the plates that are on it are not comercial plates. so it has to go by the gvw, not the bed type. and i realy hate california dmv. :mad: they wanted me to register a car in calif, so i could take it to oregon to register it. they wouldnt issue a trip permit for it until they got some money. :rolleyes:
