Ah!! now I understand. If you don't have an O2 sensor, you just leave the ports plugged and you are set. I don't know if these have a "shelf" life...they can't really be tested until they are on the rig, and that test is not truly definitive.
If they are cheap, the proper tube size, and they function correctly, you are in the money.
