Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 128 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 128 | I want to upgrade the braking on my 45 GMC 1/2 ton. I am installing a 302 straight six, and have powered it for drivability purposes. I want to make sure it stops ok as well.. Since I swapped out the torque tube rear with a 1969 Camaro rear, I now have a 5-lug bolt pattern for the rear, and want to duplicate this for the front, with the disk brake conversion. Any suggestions on who offers this conversion. Also, has anyone made up their own conversion? The plate is pretty straight forward, just need the correct disk, caliper, bearings etc? | | | |
