I have seen heater cores not leak at 5 to 7 lbs but put 12 lbs to it and you could water your lawn with it. If you test it yourself watch the amount of pressure you apply. If it is the round core they are very expensive to repair correctly. If it turns out to be a block type core I would just have the core replaced. Good Luck Steve | | |
