no differences - 3200 is the long 1/2T, 3800 is a 1T - front sheet metal changed on bigger trucks, so grab anything that looks useable, as cheap as you can get it! price depends on what the seller expects - a good door or fender has to be worth a couple hundered, but maybe he'd take 50 - gotta haggle, that's the fun of it
