It is currently partially running (Missing on a few cylinders). I am going to take a compression check to see if I have valve problems. The guy I got it from ran it with the miss for quite a while so I'm afraid that if it has valves out the head may also be damaged. There is a guy at work that has an old GMC pickup that they someone let the block freeze an break but the head seems to be ok. I don't know what size that engine is for sure but I was wondering if the head on that early 50"s PU would fit on the 302 or not. I have worked on Chevy's since since I was little (since my hands would fit in places that Dad's wouldn't) but I haven't had much experience with GMC's. Any help would be apreciated.
