i will be mounting mine under the dash, a newer head unit just doesn't look right in the middle of that dash. for speakers: a set of 6.5" component speakers in the kick panels and a 10" subwoofer behind the seat where the gas tank used to be. rear speakers are not necessary when there is no back seat.
