Thanks for all the advice! I don't want to cut up either truck, I was hoping it would be a bolt on affair. Would it be a bolt on affair to move the NAPCO axles, transfer case, steering components and the PTO winch to the 2 wheel drive frame and visa-versa?

If you guys say that the running gear can bolt up to the 2 wheel drive frame I will be in 7th heaven!!??
