I bought a Bitchin front floor pan for my 48. The instruction were a bad photo copy that I could not read. At that time they had no website, so I faxed a request to them asking for an electronic copy. They faxed back a worst copy of the instructions. No phone call, no email, as I requested. So I said to hell with it and went forward without them. I'm suprised that a company like Bitchin produces such a nice quality produce and for $250 sends sure terrible and low quality instructions. Good product, not so good on the customer service and tech support
