I am in the process of putting one in my 46 suburban, and am taking pictures as I go so that I can do an artical with pictures when I am done. So far, I have removed the stock suspension and front crossmember, spread the frame rails to 31" outside to outside, and trimmed the bottom of the frame rail forward of the axle centerline parallel to the main frame rails. This let me set the chrysler crossmember in place and tack weld it in. So far, so good
