I'm sure that they're no longer made, the legal liabilities would scare anyone in their right mind off nowdays. If I were you, I would just replace the worn parts. Check under "links" for suppliers like bowtieparts and chevy duty, etc.
Couldn't tell you the proper name either, but it was cheap - something like $5.95 back then.
