Bare cabs are identical, including the doors and windows. (there may be some holes in the firewall that are diffent) The major sheetmetal differences are the hood and grille. The fenders are the same excepting for the parking lights in the gmc fenders. Body tags are different too. Different years have differences too, both GMC and Chevrolet.
