Now I can get that tire out of the bed.
I was thinking of robbing the cable mount system from an Astro van, but this will be much better.
Trouble is, what am I going to do when I put a new fuel tank back there?
I have a bracket that mounts just forward of the left wheel tub that appears to be some kind of tire mount, is that what it is?
