Up date on the 2005 Midnight Sun Classic Tailgaters ALL TRUCK SHOW. WOW, what a day! We pulled it off.
Our lofty goal was 50 trucks (gotta think big), this would be about as big as any all inclusive show here in Fairbanks. You never know until the show. Final tally = 62 shown. Everything from 1925 to 2006 Viper powered Dodge. 1930 Woody, 1940 Ford with all Corvette susp. and new ZZ4 motor, The most beautiful 1953 AD fully restored, and a lot of projects in the works. 3rd = '56 Chevy w/327 bright metalic blue, 2nd = 1942 Dodge Carryall 4x4 bright yellow with a SBC 400. And the winner is... 1960 Chevy (w/ 1963 hood) Black with yellow flames, 454 motor and an evil rake. Many more in the running.........Hope some of you Stovebolters can make it to one of our future shows.
