If you referring to the anti-sway bars, they were OE on at least the 1/2 ton Panel & Suburbans and might have been OE on the Canopy Express.
There are two styles of bars/
bushings but there should not be confusion if you have an original 1952 bar (that is the later style and is shown in the 47-55 Factory Assembly Manual, if you have one).
