I see you live in Colorado Springs, which if I recall is a pretty good size town. So is there a drive shaft shop there? How about a truck bed supplier?
The u-joints should be only pressed in to the yoke, and I can see that the yokes are held in place by set screws. If the u-joint is part of the yoke, then they should have those or be able to get them, or if you have to they could make a new shaft to work on your truck.
