Only ones that I know of have been during installation, judicious use of a grinder is needed to clear the intake. Don't use the stainless steel bolts or studs for this, they look nice but get retempered from the heat and turn brown, and the threads will gall when you try to remove them. Find a good muffler shop to build an exhaust system for you, it will be cheaper in the long run for you than doing it yourself with off the shelf parts.
