putting lift bolcks on the front leaf springs is not a good idea. i'm pretty sure it's illegal in california, and it's unsafe too.
check the spring dimensions, if the blocks you have match up in width i don't see why you can't use them. it's also a good idea to get new U bolts, nuts and washers while yo're in there.
