Around here they have mobile units that will come to your home or business, have you looked in the phone book for a company near you?
DMV If you have to drive to the place be prepared to have any information regarding your apppointment with you to show the police that you are driving directly to the company to have it replaced. You are in a small town and they may let you slide, drive the back roads if possible, oh, you only have back roads
