| | | | Joined: May 2001 Posts: 709 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: May 2001 Posts: 709 | Not sure about your 54 but in 59 the cabs were advertised as Deluxe and Custom with the custom cab having all/most of the extra goodies. Back then you could order a truck however you wanted it unlike today where you take what they offer. These items were called options and usually came individually and not as "packages".
