A 3/4 ton with dual wheels? Was that a factory option? I believe the center section is the same, but the hubs and brakes might be different to accomodate the dual wheels. My 59 1-ton has much bigger brakes than a 3/4 ton, enough that 16" wheels won't fit. It needs 18" wheels to fit over the drums.
