Its working ..when you set your timming disconnect the vaccum line,and tape it so it 's not sucking vaccum.Now set your timming.Now replace your vaccum line back to the distributor vaccum advance.Set carb idle screws to max RPM ,using a tack or a good ear.Or turn in screws till idle rough,then back off 1/2 turn
