Finally got my aluminum head lamp bezels from Golden State tody so I decide to go out in the cold shop and put on that awesome NOS aluminum grill in my '63. First thing I do is break 2 of the little plastic anchors for the head lamp adjustment screw. I then realized this might not be a good evening. After fighting with those 2 hard to get to bolts between the rad. and grill, the old one is out. Then it gets worse, no one told me that the head light buckets are riveted to the old grill. I sit down and drill them all out and get ready to put them on the new grill and as usual, I don't have any bolts that size or nuts or lock washers. Well at least I had fun working on it. I'll get it on tomorrow I hope.
