softwaresys Member S Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 14 Indianapolis, Indiana	If you have a "3 on the tree" column shift then down and toward the steering wheel is first, second is up and away from the steering wheel. Reverse is toward the steering wheel and up. this is a normal "H" pattern http://hometown.aol.com/asdico/myhomepage/photo.html
