Several 8-lug wheel sizes were available, including 15", 16", 17", and 19.5", for the '60-'66 C20 series trucks, according to my '68 parts manual. I don't know offhand which was the stock wheel for the pickups. The 16.5" wheel doesn't show up until '66 on some models.
