For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: May 2004 Posts: 124 Member | | Member Joined: May 2004 Posts: 124 | Iam not sure if this applies but my 54 one ton probably came with a pickup bed .It now has a home made flat bed. Any way in 54 they had two different wheelbases. Mine is 9 feet from just in back of the cab to the end of the frame. It is the long wheelbase but the made a shorter one so they probably made two bed lengths. Are you trying to replace the bed? If so you will need to find one that fits your frame. Hope this helps.
I like old trucks
