Thanks for all the input. As an update, I've contacted Arkansas DMV...they can only help if I am an Arkansas resident. I've been to the NJ DMV 2 more times and I've fallen into a procedural "black hole". No help.
I've done "due diligence" on these title companies...and found one outfit from Alabama (not Broadway) has been prosecuted and found guilty of fraud. The owners actually did "time".
I've decided to go forward with Broadway Title...I'll let you know how it turns out.
