It turns out that I didn't get IE 6 removed and I plain and simple don't think I ever will be able to. From what I've found, IE 6 does not like 98SE and I may be stuck with it.
IE 6 is not interpreting the header script correctly on this page (post a reply page}. For one thing there is something there called a "Pragma no-cache directive" that it doesn't like. I don't even know what it is and I don't like it.
