They say one is ready for a locking cylinder. the other has a non locking cylinder already installed. Anyway to remove the non locking cylinder from that and put in a locking one? Is it hard? Havent taken one apart yet but i will be receiving a door handle set and 2 locking cylinders keyed alike and i need a way to take the non locking cylinder out. | | |
