One of the ways I've heard of, is to pour some Marvel Mystery Oil in the cylinders and let it soak. Probably do the same for 2 days or so, while trying to turn it over each day. I know some of the other people on here have their own way of doing it. Maybe they'll chime in later. Good luck. John
