You better jump all over that deal. That's about 325 US. Apparently there are no "EPA"-type rules in Canada. My '45 grille was completely disassembled and chromed. reassembled with ss fasteners. And it sure didn't cost no 400 bucks! Even if yours turns out to be a crappy job, it'll still look nice for a while. That is quite a deal and you should be signing up immediately! There will be areas of the grille that can't be plated. When you get it back, use some clear paint and touch up those areas right away. It will stop any surface rust from starting.
