You've got a start on a good truck there. Needs some work, but appears to be in decent shape. If all the parts are right, it's definitely a 52. Second year for wing vents, first year for push button door handles, only year for hood side label of only Chevrolet with no model number. In 54 the "fat bar" grill was introduced, along with the parking lamps moving to the fenders.
