Eastwwod Co, has Black wrinkle paint that you can use for the texture then paint your brown color over the top of it. I would try Hampton Coach for uphostery material your interior is all brown. Hampton has brown leather grained cardboard panel that you can then cut out for your interior panels.
34 & 35 trucks are the greatest
