If so, they have a capture nut in the door shell. Sometimes they strip out or the capture nut breaks free from the door shell and spins freely. In this case, you can drill them out and tap the hole. They are designed to come out, however they get pretty tight if they have not been taken out in some time and hit with some WD40. Good luck with your project.
