They dont just screw to the headliner,theres pre-drilled holes in the cab for them. take an ice pick or awl and probe around till you find one,from there,insert your visor bracket and the other two will be right there. Punch the cardboard headliner first to make sure.If you look at the bracket,the holes are in kind of a "Y" shape. The "flat" part goes to the front of the truck. Hope this makes sense.
