i rolled my cold...well as cold as we can get in arizona, but the water/ammonia solution is supposed to work pretty well. don't know the ratio of water vs. ammonia, although i would imagine just the water would work fine considering the evaporative rate in our part of the world.
i can't remember where i read the thread regarding headliner installation but what i remember is that you don't want to get it too wet. the cardboard will break down if saturated too much.
best advice i can give you is just take your time. a second set of hands is always a good idea, but i did the headliner on my 50 by myself. just takes a little more articulation and a little more profanity!
