Probably is REALLY hard to find, since none of those pieces you mentioned were originally chromed. The only one that comes close is the inside door window frame, which was stainless steel, when it was included in a delux cab option. Otherwise, it was plain steel also. To make matters worse for you, I think 1953 models were affected by the Korean War shortages, so practically no chrome or stainless were used that year?
