The late model chevy truck seats will not fit in the AD cab very well. The max seat width is 56". Anything longer will cause door interferences. What you can do is use the two late model buckets but you would not be able to use the center console/jumpseat section.
As for task force trucks I have also seen the center seat from late model 90-99 suburbans used. You would not be able to slide them fore and aft but the seat bottoms are hinged to fold forward giving nice access to the floor area for electronics, spare tire, etc. That would be my suggestion. They are also plentiful and inexpensive.
